Good Spirits Distributing is currently accepting applications for the following positions:

Position: Beverage Account Manager

Good Spirits Distributing is looking for highly qualified Beverage Account Managers to grow and expand our products in the Las Vegas market. If your past experiences in sales meet these descriptions for the positions below in sales and the food and beverage industry, please send along your resume for consideration for an interview.
The following is a short list of responsibilities and expectations of an Account Manager:

  • Calls on accounts and covers daily routes by creating/ following established and efficient routes
  • Analyzes entire account base by visiting each account and identifying opportunities
  • Prepares and delivers professional sales presentations to customers by balancing company’s priorities and customer’s needs
  • Constantly aware of current inventory and out of stock items and alerting management to possible fluctuations in demand
  • Strives for, attains, and exceeds standards of performance goals by achieving the distribution, volume and activity goals of brands as set by management
  • Ensures maximum brand visibility within accounts by maintaining account standards as determined by management and using effective and current point of sale (POS) materials when applicable
  • Supports new accounts by developing opening orders and works with company management and VP of Sales and Marketing to set account goals and guidelines
  • Remains informed of company/ supplier activities and updates by attending and actively participating in weekly sales meetings and new account sales drives
  • Maintains a professional image at all times
  • Contributes to the team effort in building our brands and works to create a results oriented sales team
  • Maintains product levels in accounts by taking inventory and restocking shelves, where permissible by law, and proper rotation of product. (FIFO, and product shelf life adherence.)

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently make high volume sales and meet the sales goals of the organization
  • College Degree is preferred,
  • Minimum of two years in Sales, preferably in Beverage/ Alcohol Sales is required** Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check, have a clean driving record, and will be subject to random drug tests.
Position: Casino Account Manager

Good Spirits Distributing is looking for highly qualified Account Managers to grow and expand our product share in the Las Vegas casino market.
The following is a short list of responsibilities and expectations of a Casino Account Manager:

  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key buyers and decision makers at casinos
  • Analyzes entire account base by visiting each account and identifying opportunities
  • Prepares and delivers professional sales presentations to customers by balancing company’s priorities and customer’s needs 
  • Constantly aware of current inventory and out of stock items and alerting management to possible fluctuations in demand based on interests of casino customers
  • Strives for, attains, and exceeds standards of performance goals by achieving the distribution, volume and activity goals of brands as set by management
  • Ensures maximum brand visibility within accounts by maintaining account standards as determined by management and using effective and current point of sale (POS) materials when applicable
  • Negotiates high volume sales to casinos that will increase brand visibility
  • Supports new accounts by developing opening orders and works with company management and VP of Sales and Marketing to set account goals and guidelines
  • Remains informed of company/ supplier activities and updates by attending and actively participating in sales meetings and new account sales drives
  • Maintains a professional image at all times
  • Contributes to the team effort in building our brands and works to create a results oriented sales team
  • Maintains product levels in accounts by taking inventory and ensuring proper rotation of products (FIFO, and product shelf life adherence).

Qualifications:
