Feria De Jelisco

ABOUT FERIA DE JALISCO

FERIA DE JALISCO means not just another option, but the real thing, a timeless treasure of those who know what is like to genuinely make tequila. We share our heritage, vision and passion in a batch-processing handcraft made in Tequila Town, Mexico. FERIA DE JALISCO’s unique way to perform the “jima”, traditional brick oven baking, fully natural 72-hour fermentation process and two distillations, bring out the unparalleled taste of true tequila. Unlike many other tequilas, FERIA DE JALISCO is made home: The mind behind FERIA DE JALISCO is founder Grupo Tequilero Weber Distillery Mr. Hugo Yerenas, son of Mr. Luis Yerenas, 40-year-old-career Master Distiller for Casa Cuervo’s super-premiums (1800, Maestro Tequilero). Every single one of our bottles has a particular number and is signed by Hugo.
